Dhaka Calling

I've been to Dhaka a couple of times and I have to admit that I don't recognise the story portrayed in this piece....altough I can relate to the final sentence which reads:

"We would request you to go through the streets and avenues of Dhaka city and find for yourself more interesting joints of Dhaka."
